Yes, we have found that this happens every now and then. There are several posts on here if you search for albino seedlings in the search box. Unfortunately, these kind of plants won't grow much bigger, they don't photosynthesise so as they don't manufacture food, their lives are sadly doomed from the very start. Just keep it going for as long as you can, it may go on to make a couple if more sets of leaves, but I think that's as far as it will go.

It's still holding on...just. It's looking pretty in pink now with two tiny white 1st true leaves. It's slower than slow. I don't think it has much longer :(

I know how you feel Tanya, I have four white seedlings from variegated seeds that are in the same shape.
