We have an adjustable bed from Carpe Diem Beds of Sweden. This model:

It was ridiculously expensive, but my husband picked it out. When we first looked at it, I vetoed the purchase due to the price and we bought a different brand of mattress. Less than two years later that mattress was saggy and lumpy and my DH wanted to look at Carpe Diem again. We bought the CD bed about 3 years ago and the bed/mattress feels the same way it did when we first bought it, perfect. I hate going away and sleeping in hotel beds, because our bed is so comfortable! It might turn out to be a good buy in the long run, specially as it looks like we won't need to buy a new mattress every few years.
