Hall trees…masterful invention for the old Victorian entry.

Do you have a master bath nearby? I am thinking towels and bathrobes..maybe a beautiful comb/brush set on the shelf? Of course there are lots of vintage sets, but not sure you would want to use them…VCStore has a lovely set…looks original.

Thanks for the lovely idea, and I happen to have a vintage comb brush and mirror set that used to belong to my grandmother. But, our master bathroom is not large enough for the hall stand and being in the humid Tropics, wood doesn't work well in bath areas. You think I might hang scarves on the hooks, keep color cosmetics, wallets, coins in the single shallow drawer? What might I keep on the floor board of the stand??? Thanks again.

Thanks woodteam5. I can actually use it as a vanity, since it has a mirror and enough shelf space for my modest collection of perfumes. I have a very old brass jewellery case that could go on the centre shelf with the vintage brush and comb set. Thanks a lot. You've helped me make up my mind :)

Could still use to store clean, dry towels and bathrobes as well, if it's near the bathroom (not in it).
