Get more proposals but set the perimeters so you'll get what you want at the price without markups.

Some time ago the American Institute of Architects quoted an average fee of 10% of construction cost for architectural design so the figure you've been quoted for design services squares with that.

Some mark up for 3rd party fees such as structural engineering, etc. is reasonable if there is some effort coordinating the work, versus simply ordering and paying for a service. I don't consider a 25% mark up of such fees to be reasonable.

I don't know why an architect would be ordering any components for your new home unless you are acting as your own general contractor and you need the help. A 15% markup for simply ordering components is steep, in my opinion. For that price you should be able to get a general contractor to take care of everything and provide a warranty for the finished product.
