Overwatered?

Am I correct in assuming these leaves are telling me my AV has been too wet recently? I left water in the well of the self watering pot last time I watered, but normally I dump out the excess after a few hours. I watered on Saturday, and left the water in the well until Monday, and noticed these spots on Tuesday.
