#1 is not dolichosparte, which has very round leaves that recurve slightly. It also rots very fast, if over-watered. I treat mine like pachyclada.

Now, to me those leaves look very much like my dasyantha. You will have to wait for blooms for a 100% ID.

#Did not come from our group order. After looking through the invoice, no gift was included. The little guy could be one of many small-leaved varieties. I'll look around for you, to see if we can narrow it down a bit.

Edit: the bloom photo I was shown when I got plant 1 showed blooms that looked nearly identical to dolichosparte, dasyantha has very different ones. Maybe the grower showed me the wrong photo... But the blooms were coming off that very peduncle in the photo, however. I guess you're right until it blooms who knows!

What variety of dolichosparte? Pink or yellow?

Also, still working on #2. Leaf and growth habit remind me of young eristemma section species, but there is a chance it could be something else.

Definitely yellow.

I'll do some looking into on eriostemma as well!

The more I look at #1, the more I think it's some sort of pottsii complex species, like citrina or something. I mean, it's got that "look" to it; the leaves just look a bit off.
