My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I buy many things from Houzz and your sister stores. I'm appalled at the return shipping amt.- HALF THE COST OF THE BARSTOOL. In this day and age of Online buying and completion, I'm not sure Ill be buying from Houzz based on return costs. Bad Business
