Pruning Key Lime

This is a Key Lime I started from seed. For some strange reason since the nights have gotten cool i.e. 45-50 degrees, it has grown like a weed. It grew about a foot in the last few weeks so I transplanted it. I have been pruning the suckers but would like some help pruning. I don't want to err and ruin whatever remote chance it may have of bearing fruit someday.

Being that it will need to come inside at some point, I don't have a clue re: pruning. Thanks.
