My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Good Morning,


    Yes, it will contain phthalates, but these can be found in all vinyl floors, backpacks, paper towles and perfumes. So they are not harmful, and they actually will exceed all standards for any emissions testing and certifications. The reason you will find phthalates in vinyl flooring is it's used to make the floor more flexible.
