My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Faucet not working

Hello, I purchased this faucet in July, we installed it, didn't used it until this past week and the cold water runs constantly. It can not be shut off. The only way to stop the constant water is to shut the valve off in the vanity. Please advise what to do? Can you exchange the faucet?
