My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I finally got all these photos edited after weeks of collecting them!! Been preoccupied with sewing! The yard is becoming my secondary interest. This summer has been the hottest I can remember for many yrs, and as much as I hate winter, I can't handle the triple digits anymore. And working out there in it is just a no-no for me. Soooo... I stay inside as much as possible. I hate this getting OLD crap. I just don't feel like going out and working in the yard. And I hate that I feel that way. And now that it's cooling down, the days are getting shorter, and I can't get out there much at all anymore. Auuggghhhhh!!!!
