My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Did you find any info on the doors? I am looking for doors like this in Atlantic Canada - but they don't have screens? I wonder what people are doing in this case - to keep bugs out, but have this look? Maybe it is not practical in some parts of the world :(

    It's probably Pella and there are screens that slide out from the door frame
