Hi there, thanks for the interest in our sinks! Included with the sink are the faucet, drain assembly, and mounting brackets. Other than the house, walls and internal pipes the only other possible options to consider would be:

1. Shut off valves (2 EA) for hot and cold water... if the pipes will be exposed not in the walls.

2. P Trap decorative chrome plated brass one (Nicer than plastic).
