Thanks Diane! Should I wait for them to sprout before planting?

I plant mine around 3" deep, and here, it is more like July/August when they are ready to harvest. They may sprout early, given that it is so warm here so far this fall, but don't panic, they'll be OK.

Apologies if my information was confusing. Our more temperate climate makes the growing experience a bit different. It'll still be easy, enjoy!
