Our return policy is as follows:

Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging. A return authorization is required before shipping product back. All custom/special orders may not be cancelled once the production process begins. Additionally, custom/special orders cannot be returned for any reason. The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. You are responsible for the return freight back to us. All returns will be credited for the item(s) only. We do not refund for any shipping or handling charges from your original order. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card.
