Pale Perfect Purple Tomato's

Okiedawn,

I know it is a little late/early ? to be asking about a tomato variety but I am trying to get ready for next years tomato patch. Could you tell any information about Pale Perfect Purple tomatoes? Did you like them or not? I found a post where you were giving away some old tomato seed and it was listed among them. I am interested in trying this tomato and would like to hear how you rate it. Any information would be appreciated.

It has been a really long time since I grew it and I didn't think it was anything special. It was not nearly as good, when grown here in our soil and our growing conditions, as 12 or 15 other purple/pink types that we like. Some people really like it, but for us it was just....meh. I'd describe it as okay but nothing special, and for a tomato to stay on our grow list it has to produce fruit that are really luscious and delicious, which PPP just was not.
