I think this may be the most beautiful of the sans! Nice job growing these!

Got more pictures today. The reason I brought this subject up was because the pups I gave away, I wanted to see how they developed. My new pups look so much different and almost like S. hyacinthoides Siam Silver.

Was going to remove pups in spring to give out but I think I will keep these and see what develops. As long as they keep pupping like they do, I will try to pass them out to all who wants any but this will take some time.

I agree that these are possibly the most beautiful and for me anyway, the easiest to grow. They never gave me any problems and kept growing and growing.

Looking at the second picture, Looks like one leaf of 'Streaker' CW then 'Gold Hahnii', then 'Solid Gold', then 'Lucille Polen'. See what I mean, what a plant. And not that much larger than hahnii.

Lauren, I’ve had my eye on the Glasshouse Works “Morgenstern” for about a year... some day I will actually order it... shipping is outrageous though... haha!

Mary and Lauren, I have been to Glasshouse Works in Stewart, OH. They are purveyors of a wide variety of potted plants, but have not enjoyed a positive reputation with serious collectors. Its been a long time since I was there, so maybe they are doing better. 'Daves Garden' on the internet might have some up to date reviews on them.

I have way too many plants to take in. Was thinking of gifting some of my jades. Shipping would have to be Priority Mail at cost of about $8 to $10. Don't have any thing special. Red tip, and plain type but nice and med sized.

I guess those pups are not so special after all. Looks like the ones Glasshouse Works are selling. Much lighter than my other two plants. I think growing conditions make all the difference. How my leaves are so very different. So having light green stripped leaves are only the beginning. Was hopping to see other plants. Mike, still have yours?

Stush, I have noticed that the pups are more silver the first year or so and then start throwing out more variegation as they mature. At least that's what mine did. I would leave them with the mom for a while, at least til next year.

Stush your plants great!! The pup you sent me is doing well and I will try to get and post a photo today or tomorrow. It is not large but healthy. I had a nice big plant of this years ago I later lost and I am happy to be growing this again. I like its variability!!

Debra, Thanks. My Bantel is doing great these past few years. I owe Barb since she first gave me my first Asahi. I have 3 pups so far and I was going to keep a few because they were so silver looking. But like Barb said, her's was also like that at first.
