That is great that they can sing. I won't enter them in the next Barber shop Quartet. You do not have to be a barber to sing in a competitive Barber shop Quartet. That is why I asked. I thought you might want to enter your trees.

Susanne, I did separate right after that post. They are both alive although the little one has not done much...it is flowering now. No fruit yet although both have flowered. I'll take a pic for you...

The bigger one is more visible on the left, the smaller one is on the right shaped like a V with leaves on both ends and nothing in the middle except for a few buds. Kind of weird that the smaller one is blooming and not the bigger one.

Here is my non-variegated one:

It is blooming in several areas and there is a tiny hand just above the flower in the upper middle of the pic. The plant behind it is a fukushu kumquat that has fruit. I'll finally get to try the elusive fruit.

Laura, i just ordered a fukushu so please let me know how the fruit is. I read it is one of the best kumquats.

Thank you for sharing the pictures Laura. I wish I would have known about the variegated BH and I would have ordered that one too. Wondering how the fruit will look like and if it will stick?

I have Fukushu but no sign of life yet. still the same as it came. I should have waited for the premium size. Yup. please tell us how the fruits will taste :)
