It might be. But it could also just be the normal spotting many species get on their leaf undersides. Cinnamon paste (cinnamon powder with a bit of water added to make a paste), baking soda + water, and plain vinegar (no need to add water) are all excellent home remedies!

Good to hear! Sometimes shipping can make a plant appear dead, but give a few weeks for recovery, and things do get better! I even successfully root leafless twigs!
