My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Garage doors

Have to ask, because we're breaking ground on a new place and I want doors like this. Is this a retro-fit of wood clad to pretty standard doors? Or is this a completely custom door? I'm in AK so I'd prefer NOT to have wood; would prefer something more like composite with insulation.

Any additional info about these (or similar) doors would be appreciated!
