Is this a child's room? Can you take a picture from further back so we can see he entire wall? For starters either remove the letters and hang them elsewhere OR keep letters and remove pretty much everything else keeping just a couple of the taller figurines and a few of the very low ones.

Can the shelf go away entirely and the letters be hung down on the white beadboard section? Moving the letters higher will make them almost at the ceiling.

Is there anywhere else in the room to put the shelf a bit lower so the figurines will be easier to see?
