Half day direct sunlight for a week then move it to shade all day for another week and them bring it in. It may need additional light indoors

What Zone are you? How cold is it? How much direct sun did you give it? How much now? Did you let it dry out before bringing it in? Do you bring it into a heated dry room?

YIKES!! Ok, Not sure what zone..southern kansas, - the weather is nuts. 75-80 past week, dropped to 36 last 2 nights, going back up to 80 during the day 60's at night, then after a week 70's in the day 50's at night- it's in direct sunlight for 6-8 hrs a day then in the shade - still in the Sun for at least 5, it's not dryed out because of the rain we just had - on the 36 degree nights I brought it into the heated utility room.... I have babied this tree from seed. Almost lost it last year, every lead fell off. It finally has new growth and lots of leaves. Just don't want to go through what we did last year.
