My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It says 30" deep. Is that with the overhang of countertop or just the cabinet?

    30 inches is the overall depth including the overhang.

    The cabinet with the overhang is 30", without the overhang the cabinet is 22.5.
