Vine Madness. Take a Peak.

I believe this to be Evergreen Wisteria or accurately named, Millettia reticulata, but I am not certain. Could be a mix of a few different vines. The vine looks like a tree trunk at its base and has wrapped around, under, and over my fence. I didn't plant this, as it was already here when I moved into my new home.

Any advice on:
What the heck is going on/what to do with this intriguing mess?
How to properly care and cultivate it to make it look good/ increase flowering?

Also, I've included a photo at the end of another vine growing up the side of the house as well that I need help Identifying!

Any thoughts, advice, points, comments are highly appreciated.
I am located in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area in Zone 8.

The last picture shows Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Virginia Creeper.

And Virginia creeper is a large, fast-growing vine that I wouldn't want growing on the side of my house, or most likely anywhere on a suburban property since IME it is difficult to keep contained. It will leave little bits stuck to the side of the house and may damage the roofing. Some folks are allergic to skin contact with it, so wear gloves and long sleeves when removing.

Yes, note it is already setting off across the fascia. However, VC is frequently grown on walls and buildings over here. But it does require constant maintenance.
