This fixture includes two 6" and two 12" extension rods. When all extension rods are used, the bottom of the light will be 51" from the ceiling. Below is an image of this product's dimensional drawing for your reference.

Thank you for your very fast reply and the detail! May I buy two additional 6" extension pieces (I'm not sure if I need one or both, but better safe than sorry)? Also, would the wiring accommodate the extension? Many thanks.

The additional 6" down rods are typically $10 each, but we will include them at no charge if you purchase your fixture today.

As for the wiring, the power wire length for UQL2287 is 8 ft (96"), easily accomodating the extra 12" from the additional extension rods.
