I'm from Western Massachusetts and would love to add some of these plants to my garden

I just took this photo walking by years ago. Last time I saw this garden it had gone to pot. But I see cosmos, lavender, salvia, maybe a butterfly bush, lambs ear, roses, maybe chives. looks like you should go heavy on the herbs and mix in whatever strikes your fancy at the nursery.
