We build our beds then disassemble for shipping. We leave the double side rails fully assembled and include instructions with pictures and fasteners needed for re-assembly.

So the headboard are disassembled.? I read the comments on the Way fair bed that theirs are completely unassembled an the complaint was it was really hard to put them together.

I can not comment on the other bed, we are very focused on design and assembly, and build all of our furniture to be as easy to assemble as possible. Overall our feedback has been very positive for both quality and assembly.
