You will probably want to match the hinge finish to the finish on the pulls. The first option you found should work ok. Not sure about the second but the last option is probably too modern for your kitchen. If you haven't already, consider installing knobs like these that we install in a clients home this past summer. I had oak cabinets and used an antique brass finish handle similar to the first one. I suggest you bring home some different finishes and styles and experiment, especially if that's the only change you'll be making. Don't go modern or too contemporary in style with the traditional cabinets.

Amazon, the knobs are cosmas 4950ORB and the pulls are Cosmas 4389ORB or Cosmas 4392-128ORB (depending which size you need). I only need 2 small pulls and 4 larger ones, so I think I am going o order them directly form their website, because on amazon I can only finds them in packs of 5 or 10.

Google "transitional cabinet pulls." Your first picture is the best of the three but look online, you'll get a wide range of options.
