My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Plug-in reading light

I'm looking for sconces or reading lights that plug directly into wall sockets.

Not the kind that have a line down to a socket low to the ground.

Our sockets are above the bed, so I'm looking for lamps to just plug in. Thanks for your help!

you 'just' need to shorten the cord. my non-electrician husband is able to do this (its like replacing a bad plug... just shortening the cord first).

(i am assuming when you say 'socket' you really mean 'outlet'. if you don't actually know the difference, you probably shouldnt shorten your cord.... a handyperson would be able to do this for you on any plug in lamp you choose. )
