    The shrub is Lorapetalum aka as Chinese Fringe plant. The orange lower perennial is bulbine. Keep in mind the Lorapetalums come in many sizes, many varieties so be sure to get one that matures to the appropriate height for your space. The range can be from 4' to 12'. Big difference.
