after prepping my water for blueberries (daily task), I did the complimentary ph test.........

I had re-calibrated this week. I know it is accurate to within + .12 to accepted standard.

I did the ph test on the vinegar amended water and found ph was too high @ >6.3??? I re-did the test, and saw the same. The temperature has fallen for (2) day. We have been in the high 30's @ night.

The temp has affected ph of the water? I immediately re-verified calibration (in the house 74 deg ambient) it is correct.

so I go online and find that raising temps lowers ph, & vice-versa.

I know the ground temp hasn't dropped that much.

But the true ph of the water has changed because of temp.

My question is, how does anyone compensate for the temp/ph diff? Or do they?

concern is of course, trying to water with water that isn't the correct ph.
