My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

would love to know the name of the color combination (+brand) used on walls, ceiling and trim.

    sorry for the delayed reply! Cream walls are Dunn Edwards custom - a copy of something i had - it is on file under Lucy Development account as "Lucy Development Cream" at Dunn Edwads Van Nuys Store 818-902-1908. I am not 100% certain but I think the accent wall is Dunn Edsards "play on gray" DE6228 low sheen. Ceiling is Dunn Edwards "white dove" OC-17 in velvet finish. Moulding and trims Dunn Edwards "linen white" #912 semi gloss finish.
