Hello Friends,

I live in London and have a grape vine which is currently spread out on a small pergola. The leaves are browning out now and I want to hard prune the vine leaving three or four main stems and braid them into a standing trunk about a meter tall. I am seriously short on space in my garden and have been fascinated by the idea of having grape in tree form ( I saw at one place ). Because winter here in harsh, I want to do this now.

Any suggestions and advise please.
