Azaleas aren't looking good.

Need some help here. I have a couple azaleas that I thought were turning brown for the fall, but at a closer look, it looks like they have a fungus. Does this look like rust? It also looks like it might be powdery mildew... I read a little on it, but wanted to know for sure. It seems the only way to get rid of it is to prune the infected leaves. The only problem is, the whole bush is infected. There literally aren't any leaves that aren't infected.

Unless this is something else... Please feel free to comment on your thoughts and let me know if you can help. It's obviously the middle of fall and soon to be winter so I'm not sure what to do but leave it alone and try to take care of it in the spring.
