These striped beans resulted from my obsession with the swirled patterns from Jembo Polish, the only one I grew before. I just harvested the last one today, the greyish ones to the right below the pod, Ram's Horn (Ramshorn). They are still damp so will shrink. Clockwise from them are Ojo de Cabra, Rio Zape, Bosnian pole, and Jembo Polish, part of which are dry. The pod is a mystery bean which has not matured enough to get a clear idea of the seeds, the pair below the pod which are rather immature and have very light magenta swirls. I'm not aware of ordering any more striped beans so I am puzzled what they could be, they seem to mature very late, and the pods

had a slight purple haze over the green which seems to be intensifying with age, and a slightly fuzzy texture. Any ideas? The Ramshorns are an impressive long and tender roundish bean, 7-9" long and stringless, which get quite bumpy as the beans mature and have been late, as well as Sicitalian Swamp, to make dry beans, so I hope they will mature soon before we are seriously into the rainy season. Any ideas about my mystery striped bean? They need to mature more to get a better photo.
