The trim profile shown in this picture is very easy to recreate with minimal costs. It's a standard picture moulding (see the attached picture for the profile example) wrapped around the room. By painting the area above the picture mould the same color, you're able to create a nice contrast with the wall color while limiting the time and cost you'd spend with a detailed trim package.
