I placed an order from them for 7 different light fixtures many doubles for a house we are building. At the time only 1 was on backorder and indicated it would be in in early November which I was fine with. Each day I get a new email about one of the lights now being backordered. The light that specified back order when I purchased is now backordered until the end of December. We will hopefully already be in by then. 4 others are now on back order until Nov 13th and I am sure I'll get another email pushing that date out. Another they are saying is now discontinued. So out all the lights I ordered only 1 is actually available and shipped. The item they are saying is discontinued still shows on their site with free 2 day delivery. What a joke. Now I have to go call them to get things cancelled because they wont let you cancel through your account and find fixtures somewhere else. My condolence gift is 10% off anything on their site. Why would I bother when everything ends up backordered or is discontinued yet they still show it as available on their site? Such a waste of my time.

If anyone has had good a good experience with other online lighting stores please let me know which ones.
