Not a good beginning to orchid growing. No orchid name, no instructions and heading into Autumn if you are in the USA.

Even the word seedling is confusing.

Seedling.....a baby plant OR

A baby plant raised from seed.

Might be a baby plant with growth initiated from tissue culture i.e. a copy, also known as a mericlone.

I would take it out of the tube and plant it in a small pot with sphagnum moss. I don't know where you live but in the northeast, you would need to keep it moist until it begins to root. If the house is dry, you should provide some humidity. You could put some plastic wrap to make a lose tent or place the plant in a fish bowl until it adjusts to your environment.

Right now its growing in a tube with little air and a lot of moisture. You need to keep it humid until it adapts.
