My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Roses that need a home

Hi everyone, I'm in socal zone 8b and I have some roses that are NOT happy in my hot, dry climate. In 1gallon containers are antique roses, Duchesse de Brabant, Mlle. Comtesse de Leusse, and Bloomfield Abundance. You pay shipping and they're yours. One or all three. I also have some others, both antiques and moderns that are too big to ship, but not too big to arrange a meeting to deliver in Southern California. If you are interested, please pm me.
