Hi, we are looking at Silestone Calypso to go with white Shaker cabinets (the floor is TBD). I've seen a small sample and it looks like a dark gray, but photos and some commenters say it has a chocolate tone. I don't want brown, I want gray (I'm also looking at Caesarstone Gray Pietra).

I really would love to see what each of them actually look like on a counter and an 8' peninsula, and I know that's hard from photos. I'm hoping my tile place can get a slab in for me to see and I am looking for someone close by who has each of them to see in person, but would appreciate your thoughts.
