Where are you located? My in ground trees still have green leaves and most of potted figs have leaves albeit yellow.

btw after the leaves drop the figs no longer ripen so they will stay the way they are until they shrivel. If soft they can be picked and left for a couple days and may be edible.

I live in Penticton British Columbia.

Leaves on my fig tree yellowed and fell of within two weeks, figs stayed on the tree holding on strong and slowly still ripening.

Of course they are not as tasty as in summer.

The fig tree is at south facing garage wall, if it is sunny it gets pretty worm there even if it is around zero degrees Celsius.

What suprise me it was not that it ripened but that in that cold wether was dripping honey .
