The price did not include the purchase price of the property. The are many factors that went into the final price. We discovered mold in the basement, the house was completely gutted, insulated, rewired, new heating system, siding and roof, and the interior walls were all relocated, along with adding the third level and vaulting the ceiling of the living room and new windows. In the end, it might have been easier to tear it down and rebuild!
