My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Website problems

I haven't been able to access my ideabooks for over a week! The website just slams shut and goes to the icon page. My design dilemma is that I can't plan a room without my ideabooks.
There seems to be no way to report website problems other than through this blog. I would expect to have some editor or another, or at least some computer, pick up word combinations such as "website problems" and shuffle them off to an Internet technician for a look-see.
While I am at it...the "Latest Videos on HOUZZ" have been the SAME VIDEOS forever!

    Felizlady - I can see your ideabooks, but I'm on a desktop at the moment. I'm having a lot of problems with the app on my tablet - notifications, for example, are showing up but I can't get to the latest ones. And the app doesn't seem to be updating comments as quickly as the main website. It's all a bit of shemozzle, really, and the inability to report issues is pretty annoying.
