My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Whoa! Who dat?

I said to myself ( in that vernacular) from a short distance away early this a.m. People sometimes (always) ask 'are you talking to yourself (again)?' as if that is weird behavior and I'm the only one doing it! My response is always "Heck, yeah. I have the best conversations, never get in an argument, and have some laughs." Really, it is just thinking out loud. Okay, I'm weird and no one else does it (ya happy now!).
