My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you so much! I mixed Real Red by Sherwin Williams #6868 and added some Rustoleum exterior paint pre made...."Sunrise Red" is a good one to try...I just mixed together until I got the color I loved...Good luck!

      It is actually a creamy white ....Shoji white 7042 by SW is similar:) I think the shadow may give it a pale yellow appearance but actually more of an off white...

      It's actually all wood work and the color is more of an ivory....The sun light make it look a little yellow but is a warm white. Try shoji white by SW #7042

      I hung a silk curtain on either side that is actually strings with some pearls on them...May sound crazy but looks really great and provides privacy and light:)
