I'm new to hibiscus and only have about 5. This flower really impressed me and has become my favorite of the group!

Pretty one indeed. Do you know the name of this cultivar?

It had a name on the pot along with a pic of what it was supposed to be, but it ended up being an entirely different flower... I didnt keep the tag it came with :-/

Ah, understood. Doesn't matter. Enjoy it! You may be able to contact the seller, or their supplier and send a photo to ask for an ID. But not a big deal.

Btw, keep posting photos of your unnamed flower over time and we may be able to help you ID it. Off hand I suspect it may be Blushing Maiden, which you may Google for more photos to compare it to, but really it would only be guessing until we have been able to see it bloom several times over varying temperature ranges. If there are too many look a likes we may not be able to ID it with any certainty. Temperature changes with the seasons though can bring out a wide range of color and pattern variations that may be highly surprising, but help us to pin down which cultivar it is likely to be. Especially if your seller can't ID it for you.
