My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is one of our fantastic products that we actually build to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!) and it even ships out with free white glove delivery. The Fabian has been a very popular sleeper sofa option because it has a nice, compact design - great pick!

    The most important dimension to consider when it comes to sofa delivery is actually the height of the sofa. The Fabian has a height of 32"h, which means that a doorway larger than 32"w will be necessary for the delivery of the Fabian.
