Budget remodel/ diy/ family helping.


we are removing the wall between the kitchen and living and the fire place between the living and dining.

Kitchen cabinet arrangement is not exact just guesstimate. My husband is really tied to a bar seating area. Which layout (linked below makes the most sense w/ the dining room placement. Any other options?
