My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

That's correct, @castillob. The custom outdoor kitchen cabinets, as well as the fencing & the decking seen in other photos from this portfolio, is made of ipe. Thanks for the compliment, if you want to see more of this project, you can head over to our blog: http://jeffkingandco.com/san-francisco-backyard-remodel/.
