Need help deciding between 2 floor tiles

I'm remodeling my master bath and have recently changed my mind on the flooring tile I chose. I have these 2 new finalists but I'm not sure which one to go with. They're both wood-look tile. The rest of my house is transitional. I want a spa feel in the bathroom but really modern bathrooms I've seen don't make me feel relaxed. Do I go with the warm wood tone or the more modern dark color?

My vanity cabinets, doors and trim are all white. I have 2 towers on top of each side of the vanity. The walls are going to be Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams. The blue tile shown is on the whole wall above the quartz countertops. The shower tile is closest to the floor samples. It's muted gray with darker streaking (hard to see in the pictures). The small square tile is the shower floor. We'll have a curb on the frameless shower so the floor tiles won't go directly next to each other, but they will be close. The curb will be capped with the quartz. The shower will have a pony wall and shower tile will be mounted vertically & go all the way to the ceiling. I will be having minimal grout lines on all tile.

My concern is that the lighter floor tile will make the room more country or traditional. The darker floor could make it look more modern, but the rest of the main floor (except bedroom) has dark wood floors (real wood) so is that too much for 1 house? The bathroom has 1 window over the tub and is very dark. We're having to add in a lot of lights to brighten it up. Our goal this whole time has been to brighten the room. Will the dark floors hinder that? I would love to hear thoughts on this since I have to make a decision soon. Thanks!
